Money Back Guarantee

90-DAY / 3,000-MILE WARRANTY

Every motorcycle includes a 90-day limited warranty or up to 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. Coverage starts on the date the motorcycle is officially registered in the buyer’s name.

This warranty is provided to help with unexpected mechanical or electrical problems that may arise during normal street use soon after the purchase.

COVERAGE SCOPE

Throughout the warranty period, coverage applies to failures involving major mechanical and electrical systems that impact the motorcycle’s normal operation.

ENGINE & DRIVETRAIN

Covered components include internal engine parts, lubrication-system-related components, transmission parts, and key drivetrain elements when a failure occurs under normal riding conditions.

CLUTCH & POWER DELIVERY

Clutch and power delivery components are covered when the failure is not caused by misuse, abuse, or operation outside typical street riding conditions.

COOLING & FUEL SYSTEMS

Components within the cooling system and fuel delivery system that are directly tied to normal engine function are included under coverage.

ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS

Coverage includes engine management components, sensors necessary for proper operation, charging system parts, and electrical systems related to starting and everyday riding function.

REWIIRS & LOCATION

Warranty repairs are performed at a repair facility approved in advance. There is no requirement to bring the motorcycle back to our location.

When needed, we work directly with the repair facility to review the issue, authorize the repair, and help move the process forward.

AUTHORIZATION & PROCESS

  • Any issue should be reported as soon as it is discovered
  • Repairs must be approved before work begins, except in emergency situations
  • Diagnosis and repair work must be completed through qualified repair facilities

This process helps keep repairs properly documented, efficient, and consistent from start to finish.

EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not cover:

  • Routine maintenance or regularly scheduled service items
  • Normal wear components such as tires, brakes, belts, chains, sprockets, fluids, and filters
  • Cosmetic blemishes or appearance-related concerns
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, overheating, neglect, or improper maintenance
  • Track riding, racing, or competition use
  • Modifications, tuning, ECU flashes, or aftermarket performance upgrades
  • Problems caused by contaminated fuel, incorrect fluids, or improper storage

These exclusions reflect standard expectations for pre-owned, performance-focused motorcycles.

USE & MAINTENANCE

Warranty coverage applies to motorcycles used under normal street riding conditions and maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule.

PRACTICAL OUTCOME

This warranty is meant to provide reassurance that if a legitimate issue comes up soon after purchase, it can be handled locally without unnecessary hassle.

Most motorcycles will not require warranty repairs, but when one does, the process is designed to be simple, clear, and manageable.
